Eat a healthy and balanced diet
Do not skip meals as this can cause energy dips late morning or mid afternoon. Eat lots of vitamins, minerals and trace elements (fruit, green vegetables, etc.), to provide the necessary support for your body.
Drink water to help your body flush out accumulated toxins.
Cut out stimulants that make you feel agitated.
Cut out cigarettes and alcohol, as well as coffee after 2 pm.
