Usage

The importance of intestinal flora on our health is irrefutable. It is involved in numerous functions such as digestion and immunity. Imbalanced intestinal flora is related to numerous discomforts. Probiotics can be taken to rebalance them and, as such, to restore the flora using bacteria that have demonstrated beneficial effects on the flora.
